We  can design and produce ceramic dies & moulds  from 20X20mm to 1800X3600 mm series. Our dies and moulds can fix on all the presses included: SACMI , SITI(B&T),WELKO, HLT , KEDA ,NASSETTI , LAEIS, RNH.

Our dies and  moulds work very good on the SACMI production line , SITI production line , DLT production line , WELKO production line, KEDA production line and MODENA production line.

We can design the Ceramic dies and moulds for polished tile , glazed tile ,rustic tile ,polished glazed tile, double loading tile (Double charge tile), soluble salt tile, border tiles, decorative tile.  We design according to different powder material , different compression rate ,different shrinkage for wall tile and floor tile (Porcelain tile ).

Our Moulds and dies is on high quality and reasonable price . Our alloy liner cover with tungsten carbine can working more than three million times , our punches steel edges use USA and Germany alloy to insure the working time.

We cooperate with the famous Ceramic Machinery Group such as HLT , DLT, MODENA , KEDA to research and develop our products . HLT develope for the biggest Press for 36000Ton in China , we cooperate to offer  dies and moulds for this Press ,mould size will be 1800*3600 mm. The famous Ceramic brand Monalias factory are very satisfied for this cooperation to develop the big size tile area. Now we offer most of big size  moulds to all Chiese facotry: 900*900 tile mould ,1000*1000 tile mould , 1200*1200 tile mould , 750*1500 tile mould , 900*1800 tile mould,1200*2400 tile mould ,1800*3600 tile mould .Big slab tile mould is our advantage.
 
Now cooperate with HLT ,  dies and moulds will be developed for more than 36000 Ton press .
