"Yuefeng" Brand stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire, aluminium cut wire, zinc cut wire and shot are widely used in aluminium profile, metal casting, S/S casting, moto gadgets, auto gadgets, electrical applicance, valve, metal products etc. It has high effect and good covering of surface finish in oxidize-removing,clear surface defects, rusty, pre-rust before coating, plating etc. The casting fittings after "YueFeng" shot polished with charastics of smooth, even with no rust  or  a matte effect. Operating instructions

1. When using stainless steel shot for the first time, the dust and the rust must be removed in the shot-throwing and sand blasting chamber , and other materials must be cleaned.

2. After adding stainless steel shot, pleased check the injection position of throwing head is normal or not, the size of the dust nozzle is proper or not.

3. If the work piece  has overfull grease, it may pollute the stainless steel shot and have a bad effect on the surface of work piece.

4. Please check the stainless steel shot capacity in the chamber periodically, if the stainless steel shot is insufficient, the shot-working time and the quality of work piece would be  influenced.
