Operating instructions

1. When using stainless steel shot for the first time, the dust and the rust must be removed in the shot-throwing and sand blasting chamber , and other materials must be cleaned.

2. After adding stainless steel shot, pleased check the injection position of throwing head is normal or not, the size of the dust nozzle is proper or not.

3. If the work piece  has overfull grease, it may pollute the stainless steel shot and have a bad effect on the surface of work piece.

4. Please check the stainless steel shot capacity in the chamber periodically, if the stainless steel shot is insufficient, the shot-working time and the quality of work piece would be  influenced.
